                        Titus with 2 dead sons; Alarbus sacrificed

                        Saturninus backed as emperor; Mutius killed by Titus

                        Tamora taken as Empress  

Act 2,

                        Aaron’s aubade

                        Aaron intercedes between Chiron and Dimetrius

                        Titus sends weapons to Chiron and Dimetrius by way of Lucius

                        Nurse enters with blackamoor child

                        Aaron defends child; kills Nurse

                        Aaron leaves to put child in care of the Goths

            Scene 3:  (Outside Court)

                        Titus shoots arrows with complaints to heaven into Court

                        Clown enters, with a basket and two pigeons

            Scene 4:  (At Court)

                        Saturninus and Tamora with Titus’ arrows

                        Clown enters with letter from Titus; Emperor has him hanged

                        Emillius brings word that the Goths are attacking, led by Lucius

Act 5

           Scene 1:  (At the Goths’ battle camp)

                        Lucius at Goth camp; Aaron and child captured; Aaron confesses

            Scene 2:  (At Titus’ house)

                        Tamora and two sons disguised as Revenge, Rape, and Murder

                        Titus has his two sons and nephew bind Tamora’s sons

                        Titus cuts their throats with assistance from Lavinia

            Scene 3:  (Rome: a place where the different factions meet for a banquet)

                        Aaron led away under guard

                        Titus appears as cook

                        Titus serves up Tamora’s sons in a pie

Titus stabs Lavinia; then stabs Empress
