Food Safety Outreach

Purpose: The purpose of Food Safety Outreach is to provide HACCP establishments with information and training opportunities that help with compliance issues.

Programs:  Currently we are offering bimonthly Food Safety Roundtables, which are attended by company employees and Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) staff.

Funding: The funding is provided by FSIS and Arkansas State University-Jonesboro (ASU-J).

Location: College of Agriculture Building on the ASU-J campus.
