PhotoHistorians, a directory of people engaged in research in the history of photography, is available in two forms:

 

The "asp" document polls the database in real time and returns the most up-to-date information.

 

The "static" document may be several days old.

 

The "asp" document requires such a long time to compile and deliver that many users find that their machines "time out" before the directory is delivered. If you experience this problem, opt for the "static" document
