CAA Presentation
Rehabilitation of Images (old slides)
Some Pictures

I'm fascinated by the ability of the teacher of art to use image manipulation of digital material to emphasize, subordinate, or otherwise clairfy the elements of art and composition. I did a presentation on this subject at February's CAA meeting in Toronto. The visual and some commentary from that presentation is available by clicking here.

One of the things that digitizing our department's slide collection permits is the rehabilitation of old images, particularly the famous purple slide!
