My husband and I moved to Jonesboro in July of 2004. We moved here from Abilene, TX where I had taught in the DPT program at Hardin-Simmons University. Prior to that I taught in physical therapy programs at the State University of New York at Buffalo and the University of New Mexico as well as worked in clinical practice in acute care, rehabilitation and home care. My husband is an Adjunct Instructor of Physical Education teaching archery, basketball, bowling and first aid. He also officiates several sports and teaches CPR. Outside of work, we like to take walks with our dog Li'l Bit and go to basketball games. I also like to read, work crossword and similar puzzles and do needlework such as crochet and embroidery. In addition to the national, state and local levels of the American Physical Therapy association, I am also involved in the American Association of University Women and our church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and do volunteer work for Hope Circle.
