Soy Wings
This one's a great taste and so simple the kids can do it if you cut the wing tips for them.
Rick Carlton
3 min. preparation, 1 hr. cooking
20 chicken wings
1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter
5 oz soy sauce
1. cut chicken wings apart at joints and disgard wing tips
2. melt butter in large skillet, stir in soy sauce, add wings, bake 30 min. at 450 degrees, then turn and bake an additional 30 min.
3. serve hot or chilled
HINT: It can be done with barbeque sauce as well and you can even call them hot wings if you turn the Louisiana (Tabasco) sauce loose.
