The Department of Psychology & Counseling offers a Bachelor degree in Psychology,  and Masters degrees in School Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, and College Student Personnel Services.  It also offers the Specialist in Education degree with a major in Psychology & Counseling.  The department has 17 full time faculty with programs accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), and Specialty Accreditation of its Rehabilitation Counseling program by the Council on Rehabilitation Education (CORE) and of its School Counseling program by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling Related Education Programs (CACREP).  The school psychology track in the ED.S. Psychology & Counseling Program is approved by the Arkansas Department of Education.  The student organizations supported by the department are Psi Chi (Honor Psychology), Psychology Club, the Beta Rho Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota (Counseling), and ASURCA (Rehabilitation Counseling).
