Things to include in your final paper packet.

   All graded forms of your paper should be turned in.   All sections of your paper that have been graded with grade and grading sheet should be included in your paper folder:  mini proposal, proposal, draft of introduction, draft of literature review, and methodology.   

************Final paper....    You must turn in two copies of your paper.  See instructions below for cover pages.  You must turn in cd or jump drive with the final version of your paper and presentation included on the disk.   The final paper should be saved in one single file.   Save your file as  your name final version Spring 2008.   ie    Mary Jackson Pitts Spring 2008

 You must include your power point presentation on that disk with your final paper.  Also, I need a hard copy of your power point turned in within your folder.

 Remember to have another disk with the same material on it for your personal use during the presentation stage and for future reference.

*************     1 copy of the paper with a cover page styled as APA indicates

    On the cover page where it says in partial fulfillment you should say :

in partial fulfillment of the requirements of Communication Research.

   At the bottom of the cover page you should say.  

      "This paper is presented for consideration to the SSCA undergraduate research conference in  Norfolk, Virginia Spring 2009

*****************   SPSS DATA SHOULD BE SAVED TO THE SAME DISK.

You should also have all of your data runs (hard copies):  frequencies, percentages, and any chi-square.

You should have a copy of your data entry sheet, with raw data entry.       

******************You must turn in all surveys completed and or all coding sheetings.

 Do not bind your paper or place in a plastic coverlet folder.  

Staple the two copies of your paper separately.

You must also turn in a letter of submission for SSCA.   letter for submission Go to this link

10)  Printed copy of data

11)  Printed copy of frequencies and percentages spss

12)  Printed copy of chi-squares/crosstabs

13)  Tabulated single tailed by hand chi-squares   

14)   Power point print out

15)  Email Dr. Pitts an attachment of the final paper and power point presentation.  Separate file for each.

16)  For those doing the survey, IRB approval email.
