Chapter Summaries

This course will examine the economics of intercollegiate athletics.  Special emphasis will be given to the economic environment of the NCAA and its impact on athletic programs.  The impact of the NCAA-driven environment on ASU’s athletic program will also be examined as a case study.  The course will also investigate socioeconomic factors regarding student-athletes before, during, and after their college careers.
