While most of the documents available through this web site can be read directly through your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer), some resources must be opened using some other software. Unless your browser has been especially configured to do this automatically (as with plug-ins), it requires a simple three step procedure: (1) Downloading the file for the resource you wish to open; (2) opening the appropriate program, such as PowerPoint; and (3) using that program to open (and to work with) the file you have downloaded.
