Founded in 1991, the Salzburg Chamber Soloists brought together a group of soloists who wanted to perform orchestral chamber music with the freedom of soloists.  They toured North America their first year, South America the next, and have since been heard  in most of the world's leading concert halls.  One of their members, Lena Neudauer, won the 2003 International Mozart Violin Competition, and will be featured as a soloist in Mozart's Violin Concerto in D Major.  Also on the program will be Mendelssohn's Symphony in G Minor.
