Dustmop Dolly
(or is it Dustmop Dali?),
the Tibetan Terrier
Portrait of Dolly/Dali with her hair down.
Dolly/Dali lets her hair down

Dolly/Dali prefers to have her hair pinned up with a colorful ribbon. She looks at life as one big happy game, and she always wants to be able to observe what's happening.
She doesn't mind having her hair down occasionally.
When her hair is down, it's free to float down in front of her eyes. But a Tibetan Terrier is equipped with very long, heavy eyelashes that raise the hair every time she blinks.
When she runs, her hair streams back behind, leaving her eyes free to see where she's going.

This photo was made July 7, 2004.
