      1. Large scale mathematical modeling; such as macroeconomic or socio-economics modeling, and/or any other related areas where the use and development of computer applications are involved.

      2. Strategic management / planning --long range planning--theory and methods.

      3. Neuro-Fuzzy Systems -- concepts and its applications to economics, planning, public policy, business, decision sciences and/or research application (real-world computer modeling approach).

      4. Urban & regional economic development polices-- methods and techniques.

      5. Expert Systems -- application of management and/or MIS in decision sciences, such as resource planning.
