MAKEUP EXAM POLICY:: Only students with legitimate (illness, family emergency, university/college-sponsored events, etc.) reasons for missing an exam will be allowed to make up a regular exam. If an illness caused the student to miss an exam then the student must provide a doctor's excuse and make up the exam within one week from the date the exam was administered. If a student will be missing an exam because of an ASU-SPONSORED activity, they must notify the instructor at least one week prior to the date of the exam to make arrangements for a make up.
