A minimum 2.5 GPA is required to screen into and remain in the teacher education program.
The Mechanical Technical area requires 15 hours of course work that must include AGED - 4433 and AGED - 1403
*C of better required for admission to teacher education.  It is suggested that these courses be completed by the end of the second semester.
** Must be admitted to teacher education before you can take this course. This part of the professional education courses.
***A prerequisite is required if a high school chemistry course was not taken. The prerequisite does not count toward the degree.
****Development Algebra is required, if algebra was not taken in high school. It may be waived if student has score of 18 or more on the math portion of the ACT.
*****Course taken during student teaching semester. You must be admitted into teacher education to take these courses.
