Note: There are
two systems for registration, 1) through the graduate school, and 2)
through Center for Regional Programs. Either way you will need to
be admitted to the University.
Also there are two levels of courses and registration, 1) Graduate, and 2)
Undergraduate.
Graduate Level Entry/Admission

1. If not admitted to ASU, complete the application required
for admission to ASU
(visit the ASU website and to download) and return it with your
fee for registration. (you can use the
form provided thru the Off -Campus Programs Office -- Center for
Regional Programs) 6. Show up for the first session. (even if paperwork has not cleared by first class session come to class.) |
1. Fill out or review the registration worksheet found in the current
semester schedule, to determine which classes you will take. 2. Contact an advisor (David Agnew-870-972-2087) and discuss schedule so that the automatic hold on registration can be removed and you can register. 3. Contact ASU by phone to register by phone (870-972-3916). 4. Show up for the first session. (even if paperwork has not cleared by first class session come to class.)

| Note:
A
statement of selective service status form must be signed by all males ages 18-25. This form must be
returned to the graduate school prior to registration. A written proof of measles and rubella
immunization must be submitted to the graduate school if your date of birth is January 1957 or later.
This immunization must have been received after the first birthday and after January 1, 1968.

Note: If you have been admitted to graduate school and you have not enrolled in the last year you
must submit an up-dated application to the graduate school in order for your file to be reactivated. A statement of selective service status form must be signed by all males ages 18-25. This form must be returned to the graduate school prior to registration. Register through The Center for Regional Programs.
Go to the Center for Regional Programs for information or to download a copy of their application (actually two forms) with instructions click here (Acrobate required). You will need to follow the same rules or guidelines for admission to the University if you plan to enroll through the Center for regional Programs. See notes above for details about shot and service record requirements.

for the admission's office and download
the application and directions on how to be admitted and follow their
instructions.
