| Jobtrak - "The nations leading job listing service" - A good resource for job search tips. This site has a job search guide that gives different processes for finding a job - from networking, to designing your resume, to negotiating your salary. There is an Occupational Outlook Handbook, a personality test, and a salary calculator here. There is also a "city snapshot" section where you can compare cost of livings, climates, and demographics. The students and alumni section has a nice recruiters section that "represent some of the nation's most active recruiters". The employers page has an "index to colleges" that lets you search and locate collegs by major, state, enrollment, or keyword. The "resource center" in the college career staff section has multiple links with other employment-related sites. |
