Important Notes:

1. You need to have Power Point software to open the slides. If your home computer does not have the full version of Power Point software or Microsoft Office Suite, click here to download Power Point Viewer that allows you to open the slides but not to modify them.

2. To have six slides on one paper, use the following procedure:

a. Open the Power Point file you would like to print.

b. Click "File" and then click "Print."

c. Change "Print what" from "Slides" to "Handouts (6 slides per page)."

d. Change "Color/grayscale" from "Color" to "Pure black and white."

e. Click "OK."
