Work Eligible:

All paid-up members may submit one original hand-pulled print created in the last three years, not previously exhibited in a SAGA National Exhibition.

Size:

All work entered must be framed and wired for hanging with white or off-white mats. Maximum frame size 24" c 30". Minimum 16" x 20".

Handling Fee:
$25 check payable to SAGA

Juror for Awards:
Pamela Griesing, Studio Arts Instructor at Daytona Beach College.

Sales:
30% commission to OMAM

Liability:
All work will be handled with utmost care. SAGA and OMAM are not liable for any damage to, or loss of work entered. If you want to have any further protection, you need to arrange insurance.

Entry Procedure:

Send entry form and check to SAGA, 32 Union Square East, Room 1214, New York, NY 10003, no later than May 30, 2008.
DO NOT INCLUDE CHECKS IN YOUR PACKAGE TO THE MUSEUM.
Include one slide labeled with the artist's name, title, medium and frame size, or a CD with one image only submitted in a JPEG format with a resolution of 300 dpi, not to exceed 6" in height or width, labeled as above.

Delivery of Work:
Ship work between September 25-30 to:

Packing Instructions:
Pack in reusable cartons. No peanuts. No wooden boxes.
Shipped work will be returned by OMAM. Hand delivered work may be picked up on November 24 and 25, 2008

Entry Card:

One should be sent with the check to SAGA.
One should be attached to the back of the print.

A Mailing Label should also be included with the print to facilitate the return of the work.
